When Carlos Garcia, Phoenix’s newest City Council Member raised his right hand to take the Oath of Office on June 6th, 2019, his left hand passed over on a landmark of La Raza Aztlan, Chicano History Textbook, instead of a Bible. The name La Raza means The Mexican People–The Race.

During the swearing in ceremony, Garcia placed his hand on a paperback copy of a Chicano History book titled, “Occupied America” by Rodolfo Acuna, a 1969 California State University La Raza Activist and Professor. The book has been banned in public schools and from sellers like Amazon due to complaints about its inflammatory racist rhetoric.

Newly elected Phoenix Councilman Garcia was born in Mexico, an Anchor baby, a DACA recipient, and raised in Tucson Arizona. He founded a race based immigrants Rights Group, in 2007, called Puente Human Rights Movement.

Aztlan” is the separatist name for the Southwestern United States, an area that, according to such separatist, rightfully belongs to the government and people of Mexico. The land of Aztlan includes Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Washington State. Mexican separatist consider this region to be part of a mythical Aztec homeland that was stolen from them, the rightful owners, the people of Mexico.”

Carlos Garcia was educated out of text books like “Occupied America,” A history of La Raza, authored by Rodolfo Acuna. This textbook indoctrinates American High School students to participate in radicalize communist La Raza youth groups. This Curriculum can be found in all U.S. Universities and Colleges. Many students seek political careers so as to aspire like the revolutionized U.S.Congressmen and Senators in D.C.,mocking our Oath taking traditions, while scheming their next move against our Nation.

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC) is an Organization of 38 Democrat members of United States Congressmen and women of Hispanic and Portuguese descent. These voice and advocate for the occupation of the U.S. for the Mexican Government and for the Mexican people.

Those in the Reconquista movement understand the Trojan Horse invasion exactly for what it is. They plan to exploit America’s generosity to the fullest, all the while mocking the U.S. and indoctrinating our American youth to become radical activist and martyrs for this Communist revolution and invasion.

Their goals are for illegal aliens to get citizenship for themselves through H1A, H2A, H2B and H3 Visas for their families.Their children will be indoctrinated with a La Raza Aztlan education, be radicalized and vote to return Mexico large sections of the American Southwest. They want all of the U.S. 50 states and to capture the White House.

As the Oath taking ceremony came to a close, Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallegos, Arizona U.S. Congressman Ruben Gallegos’ wife, said the following, “Now we start a new chapter,” as she congratulated Carlos Garcia on his victory.

Garcia’s twelve year old son, Chinal then stood up and walked towards the middle of the ceremonial stage and spoke the following words, “It is our duty to fight for our Freedom,” he said. He then continued the chant which is commonly repeated in demonstration along with fourteen other youth standing next to him repeating the words. They were joined in unison by many in the crowd. Chinal continued calling  “now louder.“ He continued “It is our duty to Win! We must love and protect one another. We have nothing to lose, but our chains.”

Then Carlos stood up pledging to the audience “We will stand with the same fist in the air against violence towards our communities. We will fight against criminalization and deportation,” he said.

The ceremony then ended, the audience with a victory fist in the air, chanting “Si se Puede” Si se Puede” “Yes we can, Yes we can.”

The Oath of office is prescribed at 5 U.S. Code 3331, and is taken daily by our brave men and women in the military, law enforcement, and first responders. The oath is taken as a pledge of faithfulness to our country by public servants to serve as sentinels against invading domestic enemies still coming through our unprotected Southern Borders.
