With the targeted destruction of “All Things Trump,” leftists, Biden Democrats and radical liberals in America have been determined to crash, crush and destroy a whole range of wonderful and pro-American policies. For many, if not most, Americans this is an awful day for the USA.

The latest action taken in the Biden Department of Justice in its “Trump War” is using FBI and tainted courts (primarily Trump-haters in New York City) is the indictment on classified documents Trump held at Mar-a-Lago. The Biden weaponized FBI entered Trump’s private residence in an hours long search looking for any scrap of evidence, even searching the closet holding Melania’s shoes (certain to hold classified materials).

Appearing in court June 13, Trump pled “not guilty” to charges that he ‘knowingly and willingly’ broke federal law regarding the classified documents he had. If you consider laws regarding “THREATS” in the US, even threats of harm under law have several requirements in order to be punishable: a threat must be willfully done, with Intent, put in writing or stated verbally. Additionally, it must to be intended as a real threat, the person charged must have the means to carry it out, and a reasonable person must have experienced real fear for a period of time.

The question is, did Donald Trump “threaten” the United States with the classified documents he held at Mar-a-Lago? Not by these definitions. There has been no evidence to date indicating that President Donald Trump shared or sold the documents with or to any foreign governments, to any person or entity who might have used them against the USA or for personal gain.

With the daily legal and other attacks Trump was fighting, he may not have had time to realize the documents were there. No one is accusing him of “threatening” the USA “willfully,” with “intent,” in “writing or verbally” or in any other way. Under the common law nothing he did was even a threat at all. He might have violated a federal policy, but who has harmed no one and what law has he violated? In fact, he has violated none.

It appears the entire purpose of the constant attacks on Donald Trump, especially these latest indictments, are timed with the announcement of 2024 Presidential Candidates. Thus, it is obviously to discourage or keep him from running for president and—if possible—to destroy him entirely as he is a “threat” to Joe Biden, the Pelosi camp, and other leftists who fear his power, his loyal followers and even his policies.

Attack on Trump’s Men—Latest is Peter Navarro, Director of Trade & Manufacturing

Photo courtesy of Peter Navarro.com, Trump’s Director of Trade and Manufacturing. Navarro was indicted and possibly faces a 2-year prison sentence. His case begins September 5th.

To date, the annihilation of former President Trump’s team has continued. It began before Trump even took office when then President Obama declared that Trump was ‘colluding with Russia’. The famed “Russia Collusion Impeachment” which took up hundreds of thousands of hours of federal employees and politicians’ time and millions of taxpayer dollars in a wasteful show turned up nothing. But it appears that it was not good enough to simply target Trump. Major players in his administration have also been targeted all along.

The first target was Tom Barrack, Trump’s Inauguration Chair (how does an inauguration director cause major national concerns?), followed by Steve Bannon, Trump’s former Campaign Chief (again, how did his actions put the US in jeopardy?). Then, there was the Roger Stone indictment (he was an informal adviser of President Trump), this was followed by Rick Gates, Trump’s Deputy Campaign manager (another position vital to US security?).

General Michael Flynn was not allowed more than mere weeks in his position as Trump’s National Security Adviser, followed by Michael Cohen, Trump’s long-time personal attorney (how does he involve national security?). After Cohen, there was also George Papadopoulos, Trump’s Foreign Policy Adviser, another apparently ‘dangerous man’. And then, Rudolph Guliani, former Mayor of New York and steadfast attorney for Donald Trump—another person of great danger to the entire United States of America (did the hero of 9-11 suddenly become a threat to the US?). While not indicted, even sweet Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee was stupidly attacked in a Virginia restaurant for her association with President Trump.

These persons closest to then President Trump were harshly pressured in two ways: they were continually harassed making it difficult to do their important jobs effectively. Apparently, the goal was for them to turn against their leader, Donald Trump. One man has stood strong in the face of such pressure to the end was Peter Navarro.

Navarro was Assistant to the President and Director of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy under Trump. His strong stance to strengthen and increase “Made in the USA” manufacturing and reduce the extremely high trade deficit, especially with China. He helped undergird Trump’s stance on rebuilding America to its former glory (Make America Great Again).

US manufacturing has declined overall greatly in recent decades. Beginning in the mid 1970’s, our trade deficit began a reversal turning America from an exporting nation of goods, to the practice of importing nation where we import more from foreign nations than we export to them. This practice of buying imported goods used to be considered dangerous to American workers’ jobs and national security. In fact, laws and tariffs were closely regulated to protect these jobs and our security. When increasing gas mileage was mandated by the federal government in the mid-1970’s, those protected trade laws were lowered to allow in primarily Japanese-made small cars. However, this impacted all industrial production in America eventually.

Across the piedmont of North and South Carolina, thousands of factories now stand empty and falling down which were busily producing until the early 2000’s. This was primarily part of the huge textile industry that manufactured the vast majority of America’s clothing and home furnishing goods for nearly a century. There were hundreds of these manufacturers across South Carolina, many in the Greenville/Spartanburg area.

As new laws and policies increasingly allowed more and more imported goods to be sold in America, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) encouraged US factories to move operations to Mexico and other South of the border locations. This resulted in local factory production nearly completely halted and putting millions out of those jobs. The manufacturing was once done in America and South Carolina was thus sent to countries allowing slave and child labor, unsafe working conditions and pennies-to-the-dollar wages, all practices not allowed in America, while their slave made goods were allowed to enter the US economy.

That “import frenzy” has resulted in over $73 Billion this past year alone flowing from America to places like China, Mexico and Southeast Asia. So, while American’s struggle in our economy we have sent our jobs and manufacturing outside the US where those nations’ scale of living has grown richer in comparison to the United States. Navarro’s plan was to keep those US dollars here to support our local economy.

Navarro and President Trump urged new tariffs, agreements and laws to again build America’s production strength back to help create jobs and offer security to Americans. Due to bad trade treaties like NAFTA, we have recently become more aware that the financial rise of China from sales into America has made them a greater military threat against America in the larger world picture.

Navarro Taken in Chains

Peter Navarro, graduate of Harvard University in Economics and Professor for over 20 years at University of California—Irvine, and who had never graced a jail before, stated he was ‘taken away in handcuffs, put in leg irons and placed into prison. He was placed into the same cell that assassin John Hinckley was put in after shooting James Brady and then President Ronald Reagan.

Navarro’s indictment occurred June 2021 and was in response to a subpoena sent him by the ‘January 6 Committee’ asking him to give testimony that he had refused. He stated that it was in violation of President Trump’s own “Executive Privilege,” who had refused to testify—and that he, Peter Navarro, could not therefore break Trump’s privilege by his own testimony.

Navarro has held steady to the end. In June, his case was brought up and put on the docket for September 5th. He now faces up to two years in prison and several hundred thousand dollars in fines if convicted.

On his website, Navarro states: “The issue is whether the so-called January 6 Committee—a Kangaroo Democratic Committee empaneled by Nancy Pelosi without support of the Minority House Republicans—can illegally weaponize the investigatory powers of the U.S. Congress.”

Navarro went on to say that “Instead of following the law in this matter—or even bothering to go to court to have a federal judge weigh in on the matter—the Jan. 6 Committee voted to hold me in contempt of Congress. They shared the contempt charge with the Department of Justice. And the DOJ, which has never acted in such a manner in the entire history of our Republic, targeted me for a brutal arrest and show trial prosecution.”

Navarro said that in the history of the United States, no top official has ever been put in leg irons and imprisoned on contempt. He also stated that the real target of the January 6 Committee is actually Donald Trump.

“That Kangaroo Committee of seven Democrat partisans who first pushed a now discredited Russia Collusion Hoax wants nothing more nor less than to put Donald Trump himself in prison… They are so afraid of President Trump returning to the White House, they will do anything to stop him. I am just one of the people standing in their way!” Navarro said.

Was the January 6 Indictment Campaign Fair?

ABC News reported that about 10,000 citizens moved onto the U.S. Capitol grounds on January 6, 2021 with about 2,000 entering the U.S. Capitol. Of these, records show that 955 have cases against them, either on-going or completed. Most, it is reported, were charged with the misdemeanor of entering a restricted area; however, most listings by the Justice Department on these individuals show they were given probation of 2+ years and a fine of $500. Close to half were charged with assault, resisting or impeding officers, using deadly force or charged with conspiracy.

Confederate flag carrier Kevin Seefried, for example, recently entered a Pennsylvania prison for a 3-year term with fines of around $2,000. He claims he never threatened anyone. One woman, Ashli Babbitt, a 14-year U.S. US Air Force veteran, though unarmed, was shot point blank inside the Capitol. Another woman was crushed in the rush of the crowd. Two older protesters died of heart attacks. One officer died of a stroke and two may have died of heart attacks, while two later were reported to have committed suicide. It was a tragic event.

Forbes Magazine estimated the damage to the Capitol to be around $2.73 million.

After over two years of trials, many have come to a conclusion about the political show trial. A number of defendants were jailed in the District of Columbia jail for many months. News media showed and reported on an incident there in which mace was reportedly sprayed in the cells by a female guard. Some of the jailed were transported by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment as the incident concluded. At one point, fencing stood around major areas of the governmental buildings in downtown D.C., manned by armed guards.

By comparison, the George Floyd—Black Lives Matter riots beginning late May 2020, had estimates of up to 10 million involved (some say up to 26 million), in over 21 states and some international locations. As many as 200 cities put curfews in place, and 140 cities had National Guard or other forces on duty including 96,000 total deployed. There was an estimated $2 BILLION in property damage which included fires at locations like a West Coast court house, in the streets, burning of vehicles, breaking of store front windows, and widespread looting. The $2 Billion figure is only for insured properties! It is certain some properties went unreported and some of those damaged were uninsured.

It is estimated that 10,000 rioters were arrested nationally, though by far the majority were for curfew violations or other misdemeanors. This amounts to less than 1 in 1,500 (1:1500) receiving any punishment. For example, in Portland in May 2021, 150 demonstrators damaged personal property and only five were arrested. At one point, Walmart closed several hundred stores for fear of damage, increasing the financial losses sustained by the riots.

Many monuments and memorials were destroyed, damaged and graffitied by the rioting sparked by the George Floyd incident. Many hundreds after that were removed by local governments out of ‘fear of their destruction‘. Removal of these monuments not only damaged local history and culture but also cost taxpayers millions of dollars for the removal of their own history and culture.

Black Lives Matter attempted to destroy the statue of Andrew Jackson near the White House where damage to the statue was attributed to rioters. Ironically, Jackson was credited directly with saving Washington, DC from the British in 1812 when they invaded and burned down the Capitol. He also is credited with saving New Orleans from being taken by act of war.

News reports state that 104 incidences of cars driving into crowds were reported both during and after the George Floyd riots. Many of these were reported to be panicked citizens whose cars were blocked or surrounded by crowds. In Charlottesville, Virginia, one woman was killed by a man who drove into a crowd. In another incident in Waukesha, Wisconsin, a man who some stated supported Black Lives Matter drove into a Christmas Parade, killing six, including “grannies” and a young boy.

In retrospect, the damage done by millions in the crowds, and individuals, on January 6 was minor in comparison to the damage resulting from the BLM George Floyd riots. Question: Were any individuals held to account for the damage inflicted to all those cities and municipalities across the United States? In fact, just the opposite happened. Police forces across the United States were pushed to reduce their numbers, which are reported to have already been declining since early 2000. Then why are Trump supporters and his advisors, who were helping America instead of destroying America, held to a different standard?

In fact those associated with BLM and company openly brag about how they have profited from huge donations from corporations and individuals. The organizers speak of the new homes and properties they have purchased by terrorizing Americans and destroying America.

While the now politicized and leftist FBI scan America looking for January 6 perpetrators Americans should beware. The US government has after over 200 years unfortunately become weaponized and politicized against Americans in general by seeking to destroy political ‘enemies’ in Donald Trump and his “lieutenants”. U.S. Citizens should surely be weary of the politicizing of all our branches of government with the intent to destroy one man. Few steps have been taken to address the apparent “bribes” from the Biden’s via foreign governments for favors—including Ukraine and China.

It has become apparent for most as to why justice and enforcement officials choose to ignore some horrible crimes while others bring such awful treatment of high officials like Trump and Peter Navarro. The weaponizing  of various branches of government, especially the Executive Branch, has become an accepted and acceptable way to run America—by pure force! This is not an American or lawful tradition!
