Another Study Finds Hydroxychloroquine Ineffective Against ...

If the CoVid-19 “pandemic” was as deadly as has been touted almost all year then why would the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) withhold any proven remedy from the public? Even President Trump declared in the early stages of the Chinese corona outbreak that the well known and used antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine was a miracle drug and he recommended it for use based on his doctors advice. But, as have said before, it will take courage to buck the tide because too often there is big money awaiting whoever cooperates and remains silent.

Since that time many physicians and physician groups like the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons (AAPS) have come out in support of the drug hydroxychloroquine as a life saving medicine for CoVid-19. The AAPS filed an Emergency Motion for Injunctive Relief brief September 1, demanding that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) release the hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) drug held in the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) for public use. The AAPS brief said in part:

“[Defendants] care more about their power over the HCQ Stockpile than the lives being lost daily without access to it: ‘the injunction plaintiff seeks would irreversibly overturn the status quo, by compelling the government to disburse the hydroxychloroquine in the Stockpile—a step that, once taken, cannot be undone.’”

The AAPS points out that “it is the loss of life that ‘cannot be undone,’ while pills in a stockpile can be easily replenished by Defendants.”

The AAPS asserts in its brief that the FDA has tacitly conceded that:

  • “HCQ stockpile contains 60 million doses donated for the purpose of treating COVID-19”;
  • “release of the HCQ Stockpile could save 50,000-100,000 American lives”, including experts like, Yale Professor Dr. Harvey Risch;
  • “HCQ has been approved as safe by the FDA and used safely since 1955″, in fact the CDC officially claims that HCQ is safe today;
  • “foreign countries have kept their mortality rates far lower—sometimes 90% lower—than the United States’ rate, by encouraging use of HCQ”;
  • “treating COVID-19, like treating the flu, requires taking medication as early as possible in the exposure to or progression of the disease.”

Westminster Pharmaceuticals Voluntarily Recalls Thyroid ...The FDA has argued that its decisions are not reviewable by a federal court. The argument was rebuffed by the AAPS when they stated, “Under Defendants’ view they could dump the entire HCQ Stockpile into the Potomac River and there would be no legal accountability.”

Now the Association of Physicians is asking the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals to enjoin the FDA to make HCQ available for distribution immediately. The physicians group states that the HCQ held in the Strategic National Stockpile is “for the benefit of the public holding valid prescriptions.”

We’ll see who has courage to stand against the giants soon.
